UK Delivery
All UK orders over £100 will be insured and delivered free of charge using the Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm next working day service and a tracking number will be emailed to you once despatched.
For rings which require a resize, turnaround time is approximately 7-10 working days, we will contact you to discuss delivery once the work has been completed. If your order is under £100 but you require express shipping, please upgrade your shipping method at checkout.

Orders placed on Fridays will be sent on Monday, unless Saturday Delivery is selected at checkout.

Packaging
All of our pieces are delivered in a presentation case and we can provide complimentary gift-wrapping if selected when placing your order - just tick the gift-wrap box before adding to basket. Please note that the style of our presentation case varies.
Returns Policy
At Cavendish Jewellers we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we understand that you may wish to return items. Our full returns policy is detailed below:
Items can be returned for refund direct to Cavendish Jewellers within 30 days from the date of despatch (online sales only). Please include the copy receipt.
Alternatively, you have 60 days from the date that your order was despatched for an exchange.
Cavendishjewellers.co.uk cannot accept returns of earrings or cleaning products. This is due to hygiene reasons and does not affect your statutory rights.
Once we have received the items you will then be given a refund or an exchange.
When returning items to us, the item(s) must be in its original condition and packaging, accompanied by the copy receipt.
For your benefit and security in the event of a return we recommend that you send the goods back to Cavendish Jewellers by Royal Mail Special Delivery. This will ensure proof of delivery and insurance of the goods whilst they are in transit.
